JIANGTU JT-02 Rotating Grapple — 4–6 Tonne Excavators
JT-02 is the 4–6 tonne rotating-grapple configuration with a 1, 322 mm opening, 407 mm jaw width and 350–370 kg attachment weight. The 360° rotator orients material independently of the gripping movement. Rotation and jaw-cylinder connections have separate pressure requirements.

Mini-excavator handling with independent orientation
For sorting branches, short logs or irregular loose material, the rotator aligns the load with the receiving position. Do not combine motor pressure with cylinder pressure
The JT-02 table gives 110–120 kg/cm² for the rotation motor and 160–200 kg/cm² for the jaw cylinder. Both flow entries are 30–55 L/min. The controls and hydraulic drawing need to command the two functions while supplying their respective pressure circuits.

The mounting, rotation motor/rotator, jaw-cylinder assembly and pivot joints are separate order groups. Add cylinder seals, pivot pins/bushes and the hose fittings with their positions. Keep the rotator and cylinder markings with the first order for later repair-part identification.
