Retain the suffix: R210LC-7 and R210LC-7A
The complete suffix identifies the machine record. R210LC-7A has a Cummins QSB6.7 engine and a 21.7-tonne working specification. The replacement pump for R210LC-7 is K3V112DT-9C32. Give each item its complete model rather than reducing both machines to “Hyundai 210”.

A main-pump quotation needs the pump plate
K3V112DT-9C32 includes more identity than K3V112 alone. Record the regulator, shaft and mounting flange, then photograph the main ports and pilot/control connections. A quotation states whether the pump, regulator and pilot gear pump are supplied together.
Work attachments and repair parts use separate inputs
For a breaker, screen or crusher, use the installed auxiliary-circuit flow, pressure and return layout. The 2 × 222 L/min main-pump figure is not the attachment flow setting. For a digging bucket, send pin diameter, pin centres, ear width, capacity and the working material. For a cylinder kit, use the assembly and cylinder position.
Put the whole repair job on one list
Send machine model/PIN, engine and pump plates, old component number, fault or working task, quantity and destination. Include the pump assembly, service filter, hose or cylinder-seal requirements as separate purchase lines. The response can compare replacement assemblies and the accompanying maintenance items.
