320D and 320D2 engine replacements

KGF and GDP identify the 320D engine entries. DNS, ZCS and RAR identify the 320D2 entries shown below. A generation change replaces several engine component numbers at once.

Injection pump Type 1 and Type 2 are separate choices

The 320D2 DNS injection-pump entry is 463-1678. ZCS and RAR have Type 1 (398-1498) and Type 2 (463-1678) options. The installed pump identity belongs with the engine and serial prefix; the generation name alone does not choose between the two.

Upper carrier and lower track rollers have different jobs

8E-5600 is the cantilever carrier roller supporting the returning chain above the frame. Lower rollers run under the frame and carry the machine load.

Cylinder repair uses barrel, rod and seal-kit identities

A cylinder barrel, rod and sealing package are separate purchasing items. A rebuild list can contain all three but keeps their part numbers and supplied condition independent. Standard and low-temperature seal packages are different choices.

Send one combined repair list

Place the engine parts, undercarriage components and cylinder items on separate lines, each with machine prefix, old number, quantity and selected condition. A new injector and a remanufactured injector remain different offer lines.
