T2 and FT4 fuel-filter combinations

The engine tier chooses the primary and final fuel-filter pair. Do not combine the T2 primary number with the FT4 final-filter number as a standard set.

Engine oil and hydraulic filters serve different circuits

RE504836 is the engine-oil filter with a 500-hour service entry. AT495722 is the hydraulic-oil filter with a 1000-hour service entry. AT466863 serves the transmission at 1000 hours; each belongs on its own purchase line.

Primary and secondary engine air elements are a two-position service

AT332908 is the primary engine air element and AT332909 is the secondary element. The air-filter order states which position is being replaced, with its own quantity. Fresh-air and recirculation filters serve the cab rather than the engine intake.

DEF and crankcase service add their own filters

The fitted DEF system adds DZ114640 dosing-unit filter at 2000 hours and DZ124403 in-line filter at 6000 hours. The open-crankcase-ventilation element DZ105796 has a 2000-hour entry. These products serve different flows and should remain separate lines.

Build a maintenance order around the next service

A 500-hour order starts with engine oil and the correct T2 or FT4 fuel pair. A 1000-hour service also adds the transmission and hydraulic filters and tank breathers. List the quantity of machines and complete PIN with the maintenance interval, then separate any engine-air or cab-air replacement needs.
