Keep the engine and equipment configuration with the RT model

An older RT-40 with a Kubota D1803-CR-T and the Yanmar-engined RT-40 are distinct service configurations. The RT-135 and RT-135 Forestry also have different mass, track width and operating capacities. Keep the engine plate, track system and installed hydraulic package on the machine record.

High flow is a hydraulic package

The RT-135 high-flow system works from 30–50 US gpm at a maximum 4,060 psi; its low-flow circuit reaches 20 US gpm at 3,300 psi. The RT-75 high-flow package is 35.7 US gpm at 3,300 psi. A cutting head selected for one of those windows is a different procurement choice from a low-flow drill, broom or grapple.

Posi-Track maintenance includes wheels and drive rollers

The RT-75 and RT-135 undercarriages use independent torsion axles and 24 roller wheels per track. Front/rear wheels are 15 inches; middle wheels are 10 inches. Record wheel position and dimensions when buying bearings, wheel assemblies, tracks or replaceable sprocket rollers. A track purchase needs the complete track marking and drive-lug geometry.

Forestry orders carry more than a mulcher

The Forestry RT-135 has 20-inch tracks, while the general RT-135 specification uses 18-inch tracks. Combine the working head with its mounting, hydraulic connection, cutting tools and machine-side forestry equipment. The head’s cutting width, rotor tools and circuit are separate order lines from the carrier.

Send the RT machine record with the purchase

Provide the complete RT model, serial/year, engine plate, fitted flow package and the work material. For undercarriage repairs, add the wheel position and track marking; for a working head, add flow/pressure, return and case-drain connections. This lets a quotation cover the drive components, service parts and working tools in one list.
