One carrier, two working ends

The loader end handles shovels, forks and other front-mounted tools. The rear excavator uses its own bucket and arm geometry. A single phrase such as “JCB bucket” does not say which working end is being ordered. Put the end and attachment position on each purchase line.

An extending dipper changes the rear package

Specify the dipper arrangement with rear bucket or thumb orders. Working radius, bucket linkage, hose routing and grabbing geometry belong together. For cylinder repairs, record boom, dipper, bucket or stabiliser position with the cylinder number and rod/bore/stroke.

The front shovel has a load and an interface

Compare shovel volume with the material density and machine load. A multipurpose shovel adds opening/closing cylinders and its hydraulic installation. A fork package needs load centre, fork length and carrier mounting. Side-dump and 4-in-1 bucket requests also state the exact loader linkage or coupler.

Submit the working ends and repairs together

Send the model/PIN, front and rear attachment list, quantities and destination. Add the ground/task, digging dimensions, load-handling requirements and new/used preference for a machine-sourcing project. A dealer or workshop can combine replacement components with buckets, forks, installation items and maintenance kits.
