Select the discharge side from the travel route

The bucket is built for left or right side discharge and can also dump forward. A loader travelling parallel to the receiving trench can place material laterally instead of turning square for every unload. Draw the approach lane and receiving side before selecting the build.

A 567 kg bucket before the material is added

The 0.60 yd³ volume is approximately 0.459 m³. At a specified density of 1.6 t/m³, a volume fill contains about 734 kg of material; adding the 567 kg bucket gives about 1, 301 kg before other mounting items. This is a load calculation for choosing the skid-steer combination, rather than a machine-rated lifting figure.

A protected cylinder and a defined wear package

The MAXX design uses a single protected cylinder with a load-holding valve, plus hydraulic and mechanical locking on the dump function. The model’s cylinder dimensions are 3.5 inch bore, 2 inch rod and 18 inch stroke. A rock rack and V-type edge are selectable equipment for a rock-handling order.

MAXX 5643D1 Buying Questions

Can the bucket still dump forward?

The side-dump design also permits conventional forward unloading. Side discharge is the additional function for placement beside the travel lane.

Does it have selectable left and right dumping in one bucket?

The manufacturer offers a left or right build. State the selected side in the purchase description.

What does the 0.60 yd³ capacity equal in metric units?

It is approximately 0.459 m³. Keep the original cubic-yard capacity and the converted volume together when comparing metric bucket offers.

Can this replace a 4 tonne-class wheel-loader bucket?

It is the skid-steer mounting and 0.60 yd³ configuration. The larger wheel-loader buckets have different linkage, rated-load classes and working envelopes.
