The bucket and the excavation position define the job

Mass excavation, utility trenches, rock preparation and on-site recycling place different demands on a carrier. Write down the depth, working radius, material density and output task before comparing machines. For a truck-loading job, dumping position and bucket passes matter beside maximum digging depth.

Bucket breakout force and capacity are different measures

Breakout force describes the force generated at a specified bucket geometry and test condition. Capacity describes volume. A larger bucket can carry more loose material, but it also adds bucket mass and working load; a wide edge engages more material. A rock job often changes tooth profile, penetration and wear protection as well as capacity. Compare the actual bucket and arm configuration, not volume alone.

Match a powered tool to the installed circuit

A crusher, screening bucket and rotating grapple have different flow, return and control requirements. Main-pump capacity is a machine-system figure; the tool order uses its configured auxiliary outlet. Record one-way/two-way operation, pressure, return routing, drain and rotation controls with the attachment model.

Give the quotation both the machine and the job

Submit the full model/arm/track configuration, attachment interface and auxiliary circuit, work material, target output and delivery point. For equipment sourcing, add new/used preference and the number of machines. For an existing carrier, attach its plate and current mount so the working-tool package includes the correct installation items.
