Choose a machine family before a working tool
A 19C-1 mini excavator, 3CX backhoe and 250T compact track loader have different mounts, working loads and hydraulic layouts. Keep the model name and the machine family together when ordering a bucket, drill, coupler, cylinder kit or pump.

19C-1E changes the service package
The 19C-1E is an electric mini excavator. Its four-battery package and 110 V, 220 V or 480 V charging arrangements make charging access part of the site plan. A diesel 19C-1 service purchase includes engine and fuel items; an electric-machine purchase centres on the battery/charging arrangement, hydraulics and working-tool maintenance.
3CX, PLUS, PRO and 4CX PRO
The current 3CX/4CX range uses a 4.4 L engine family, with 74 hp or 109 hp configurations. Centre-mount and side-shift arrangements, extending dipper choice and front-wheel configuration change the useful purchase specification. The front shovel and rear excavator are two separate working ends: give each its own interface and working-tool requirements.
| Decision | Choice to record | What it changes |
|---|---|---|
| Rear excavation | Centre mount/side shift; dipper configuration | Working reach, bucket and thumb package |
| Front handling | GP/multipurpose shovel; Q-Fit coupler | Loader bucket, forks and mounting |
| Roading | Transmission, steering and wheel configuration | Travel use and driveline parts |
| Repair | Machine PIN, engine and component plate | Pump, cylinder, gearbox and service kit |
250T: standard and high-flow attachment orders
The 250T hydraulic circuit is 18.5 US gpm in standard configuration and up to 30.4 US gpm with high flow. Order a trencher, broom, drill or cutting head against the circuit fitted to the loader. Include the mounting plate, coupler pair, case-drain connection and any attachment electrical controls in the package.
Tell us which end of the JCB you are buying for
Send the full model/PIN, front or rear working-end position, old part number or interface drawing, attachment task and delivery location. A maintenance order can combine engine filters, cylinder kits and pin/bush sets; a new attachment order can include the installation and wear-part lines.
