Concrete Pulverizers

A bulk pulverizer uses a broad jaw to break already-removed concrete and separate reinforcing steel. A rotating version changes load orientation; it also adds a rotator and a separate hydraulic circuit. Select jaw geometry, force locations and carrier size with the reduction process.

The jaws and blades have separate force entries

The BP2050 table lists 90 tonnes at the jaw tip and 290 tonnes at the upper cutting blades. The 190 mm blades address the reinforcing material while the broad jaw reduces concrete. An opening of 875 mm describes entry space; it is not a universal concrete-thickness capability.

Build the repeat-order wear package

The work route begins with sorted demolition material, then reduction, rebar removal and downstream crushing or backfill handling. Add jaw teeth/wear sections, 190 mm blade components, fasteners, cylinder seals and pivot-service parts to the initial order. The R version uses 35–50 L/min for rotation with 170 bar maximum rotation pressure.

Buying questions

Is a pulverizer the same as a crusher bucket?

It breaks and separates concrete with its broad closing jaw. A crusher bucket uses a jaw-crushing mechanism to reduce feed for aggregate processing.

Does the R version only change the name?

It adds rotation and 470 kg to the stated service weight, plus a separate rotation circuit.

Which force describes concrete reduction?

The 90 tonne jaw-tip field is separate from the 290 tonne upper-blade cutting field.
