A case drain is a separate hydraulic connection
The UML/SSL/VT head uses a case-drain line alongside feed and return. Write the motor, drain connector, carrier flow and oil-cooling arrangement into the installation package. Hood control and optional diverter functions add their own electrical or hydraulic lines. A high-flow label alone does not describe these connections.
Choose the teeth and service parts by rotor
The Type C rotor uses C/3 teeth and C/3/SS side scrapers. Other rotor/tool arrangements use different cutting populations. A replacement order records the rotor identity, tooth type, bolt quantity and side-scraper pair; belts, motor and bearings belong to the drive-service group. The purchase can include hood controls and an oil-cooler option for sustained clearing.
Buying questions
Can a 14–20 gpm brush-cutter circuit run this mulcher?
The UML/SSL/VT range here requires 115–200 L/min and 200–350 bar. It is a different hydraulic installation from the smaller rotary cutter.
What makes a mulcher repair order repeatable?
Record the rotor/tool identity, teeth and side scrapers, fasteners, belts and the motor assembly. A generic bag of cutter teeth does not describe the rotor population.
Does the 200 mm shredding diameter describe cut width?
No. Vegetation diameter and working width are separate model fields; VT-150 has a 1582 mm working width.
Which carrier is the UML/SSL/VT range for?
These VT configurations are skid-steer and compact-track-loader drum heads. An excavator head uses its own mounting and hydraulic package; the PML/HY range is listed separately under flail mowers.
