Concrete Mixing Buckets

A hydraulic mixing bucket scoops the batch material, mixes through a driven auger and places concrete at the work point. Separate hopper volume, usable batch requirement, attachment mass and the discharge arrangement when selecting the carrier.

Batch mass is a separate carrier load

At a specified mix density of 2.4 t/m³, a 0.27 m³ volume represents 648 kg of material. Add the empty attachment and mounting to that volume calculation. The desired batch and the carrier’s load geometry determine the working quantity; hopper volume alone is not a loader payload rating.

Choose where the concrete leaves the bucket

An outlet and guide tube place material into the receiving form or trench. State the outlet position, tube length and control arrangement with the mixing bucket. The 12 V supply is a separate installation item from the hydraulic motor circuit. For a small footing job, the work flow is batch loading, mixing, positioning the outlet and placing the batch before the next load.

The auger and drive are repeat-order assemblies

  • Mixer body, auger and carrier mounting
  • Drive motor, reduction and hydraulic hoses
  • Discharge gate/guide tube and its controls
  • 12 V wiring and machine connector
  • Auger wear parts, sprockets, chain, seals and gate-service components

Buying questions

Is hopper volume the machine’s load rating?

No. Multiply volume by mix density to calculate material mass, then add the attachment and mounting. Carrier load capacity is a separate machine field.

Why include a 12 V connector on the order?

The model lists 12 V DC in addition to the hydraulic circuit. The controls and connector arrangement need their electrical purchase line.

Which mixer parts wear?

Auger surfaces, drive chain/sprockets, seals and discharge-gate components are separate service groups.
