JIANGTU JT02 Standalone Hydraulic Thumb — 4–6 Tonne Class
JT02 is a standalone hydraulic thumb for 4–6 tonne excavators, with a 150 kg attachment weight. Length and width are selected for the existing bucket: 600–1,100 mm long and 200–400 mm wide. Its hydraulic circuit uses 30–55 L/min at 110–140 bar.

A standalone thumb is designed around the existing bucket
The JT02 thumb presses material against the bucket already on the machine. Its tine positions need to mesh with the bucket teeth through the working curl path. The selected coupler changes where that bucket sits, so the mounting drawing includes the coupler and the bucket profile.
Choose the length and width as order geometry
The manufacturer’s JT02 table gives 600–1,100 mm length and 200–400 mm width. These are configuration ranges rather than one universal mounting. Record the selected tine length, width, pivot and cylinder-anchor positions in the order drawing.
