The complete 320 generation identifies the pump purchase
The 114-0602 and 173-3381 are hydraulic main-pump identities for different Cat 320 configurations. They feed the excavator’s working hydraulic system. A fuel-injection pump or priming pump belongs to the engine fuel system and is purchased as a separate component.
Start with the full machine model and serial, then the installed main-pump plate. The legacy 320-A / 320L and 320C examples below show different assembly identities. Keeping these records together makes a complete replacement, a remanufactured assembly and a workshop rebuild easier to compare.
| Machine entries | Main-pump identity | Assembly choice |
|---|---|---|
| 320-A / 320-A L / 320-A S / 320-A N / 320L / 320N | 114-0602 | Double-variable axial-piston pump; Cat Reman 0R-8102 is a separate offer |
| 320C / 320C FM | 173-3381 | Compare the selected original, named new-replacement and remanufactured assemblies |
114-0602: double-variable axial-piston assembly
Cat 114-0602 is a double-variable axial-piston hydraulic pump. The original product envelope has a 26-inch length and 24-inch height. These dimensions describe the assembly envelope; the input-drive, mounting flange and hydraulic connections are specified separately.
A 114-0602 replacement order keeps the installed regulator and control arrangement with the mechanical drive. Cat Reman 0R-8102 has its own remanufactured product identity. List that number when comparing a remanufactured offer instead of leaving the quotation labelled only “Cat 320 pump”.

173-3381: a new TEM / SBS120 replacement
The 173-3381 original pump entry is associated with 320C and 320C FM. TEM / Taiming offers a new 173-3381 replacement in its SBS120 configuration. Its supply record separates the 145 kg pump body from the 160 kg gross shipping package.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Supplied assembly | TEM / Taiming 173-3381 replacement |
| Pump design entry | SBS120 |
| Product condition | New replacement |
| Pump-body mass | 145 kg |
| Shipping dimensions | 72 × 65 × 70 cm |
| Gross shipping mass | 160 kg |

A remanufactured offer has a separate configuration
FridayParts ELFP776 is a remanufactured AP12S offer listed for 320C variants and 3066 engines. It is a separately supplied product from the new TEM SBS120 replacement. Compare the supplied product identity, condition, controls and installation arrangement as separate quotation fields.
For a remanufactured purchase, include the core-return or exchange arrangement where the supplier uses one, the assembled contents and the repair/test record supplied with the unit. For a new replacement, list the selected pump and regulator configuration, connecting items and package. The complete order includes its delivery point and transport package.
Read the drive and hydraulic connection faces
The input shaft and mounting flange connect the main pump to the engine drive. The suction, delivery, case-drain and regulator connections form its hydraulic installation. Take the plate and each connection face as part of the same component record.
A workshop can include the measured shaft, flange and port details with its old-pump photographs. Those interface records accompany the chosen complete assembly. A series name alone does not describe the complete mechanical and control package.
| View | Purchase information |
|---|---|
| Pump plate | Complete assembly number and design / control codes |
| Input drive | Shaft form, coupling and mounting-flange arrangement |
| Hydraulic connections | Suction, delivery and case-drain locations and connections |
| Regulator / controls | Installed regulators, pilot connections and electrical connectors |
Complete replacement and internal rebuild have different contents
An assembled replacement is the selected pump and control package. A workshop rebuild retains the chosen housing and orders cylinder blocks, pistons / shoes, valve plates, seals and regulator parts as counted repair lines. The number of damaged groups and the retained control components belong to that repair list.
Installation seals, the drive coupling and the hydraulic-service filters are separate identified lines when required by the job. A dealer order can include several complete pumps and their service components, while a workshop order can focus on the internal group and seals. Keep each supplied scope with its quantity.
Send the main-pump purchase list
Provide the complete machine generation and serial, installed pump plate, regulator / control views and input / connection faces. State whether the purchase is a complete new replacement, remanufactured assembly or internal repair group. Include the installation items, quantities and delivery country and port or address.
FIELDWORK organises the selected pump, supplied controls, installation parts and shipment as one quotation. For mixed-generation purchases, each machine and pump has its own line so the receiving workshop can identify the correct assembly.
